Today, now, at this moment – that’s where you can focus on. With the learnings you got from this episode, it’s time to take action. You don’t have to wait till New Year to START STRONG; you can start even a small step right now.
So, I’m curious; do you feel – you have that situation repeating itself non-stop that goes with the pain as well despite the doctors being unable to find any cause of it and just prescribing you some medicines? Have you noticed the patterns or conditions you have with your body and mind that are perhaps connected with the results or pain you’re having?
3 Things You can play along with Rocky and me (to make it more fun and full of exploration) and try to do this in a more peaceful or quiet place if possible. Permit yourself to be playful while working on self-awareness:
1. When feeling the familiar pain, close your eyes – notice and feel what your body is telling you.
2. When mishaps happen again, notice how you show up from that situation. Did you take the same or different actions?
3. And lastly, notice the words you’re using to express or describe the situation – more on the positive or negative side?
Be more mindful of your words, shift your thinking to what serves you best, and listen closely to your body and mind. When you’re truly aligned with your inner being – you’ll be surprised by the information you already have and need to take action little by little.
When doing something new, remember that “resistance” is normal. It’s part of it because you’re moving out of your comfort zone, be gentle to yourself. And keep focusing on the fact that you’re moving out of your comfort zone because you want to get better and have better results. When you keep showing up for the better version of yourself, you’re slowly getting better at it. Life will show up differently as well. Stay patient and be more loving to yourself. You deserve a happy and stress-free life!
