Super excited to share this episode with you where I have the honor to interview Doctor; oops, I meant Coach Donni Satu.
And yes, I said it right, Doctor – watch the full video, and you’ll see the fun part of that scene.
Anyway, have you ever thought of having very challenging childhood memories that you thought you wouldn’t move on yet you manage anyway? In this episode, Coach Donni bravely shares many turning points from his childhood, when he was a Creative Director, until Coaching came into the picture. So many great parts in this episode you don’t want to miss because I can tell you, one part of the story I bet you will resonate with or perhaps all of it.
And what inspired me about Coach Donni is how this journey built him to become who he is as being right now; he chose to accept, embrace, forgive, love, and thank his past and move forward.
In this episode with Coach Donni, you’ll learn:
- Forgiveness
- YOUR MIND can either BREAK or MAKE you
- How do THOUGHTS and THINKING influence our own success in life?
- Strengthen your MINDFULNESS to strengthen your AWARENESS
- Morning ACTIVATION
- Brain Waves Stages (Beta, Alpha, Theta, Delta)
- Have FAITH
- Be PRESENT, Be in the MOMENT, Be HERE, Be in the NOW
- Be Creative, not reactive
If you ever feel like having that past trauma and don’t know how to move forward, this episode is a must-watch.

DEEP THINKING: It’s time for us to think of an event or situation that keeps troubling us or that we feel stuck. Your client made last-minute cancellations, someone closest to you said something you didn’t like to hear, or your laptop gave you audio sound trouble. It might be helpful to write those down and look into them for a couple of seconds and ask yourself – whatever my thoughts and thinking, do these serve me? If the answer is yes, write down whatever comes to mind and the same thing when your answer is no. And when you have the answers, ask yourself once again, why do you think your answer(s) is serving you or not. And see from there if there are any of your common reactions; perhaps this is the right moment to rewire your thoughts and think of a new approach or, as Coach Donni said, choose something creative, something different that will serve you doing that action more frequently. So that the old pattern(s) will start to disappear. And the new and creative choices of actions are beginning to build stronger, serving you better.
Until next time 👋.
No matter how big or small you want to achieve in life, take action now, use everything you learned from this interview, and keep going for your goals. Take small steps every day.
With so much love,
