Bacon-Wrapped Pizza Stuffed Chicken

  • 4 pcs Large chicken breast
  • 1 tsbp Salt or even lesser the better
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oregano or any Italian mixed herbs
  • 1/2 cup Pizza sauce (in my case, I used Pasta Sauce Basilico - but you can use even like tomato ketchup or banana ketchup)
  • 1 packet Sliced mozzarella
  • 2 packs Back bacon, stretched out with the blade of a knife. Take note that bacon will be wrapped to chicken breast, so make sure you have enough bacon…


  • Place each chicken breast between cling film and bash them with a rolling pin to flatten them out, then season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
  • Spread each breast with pasta sauce and top with mozzarella, then roll-up the breast and place another sheet of cling film...
  • Holding the edges roll it all up into a tight bundle then leave all four to chill in the fridge.
  • Take one of the chicken parcels and place half the bacon out in a cross shape. Place the chicken parcel in the middle and fold over the sides to form a neat package.
  • Bake at 180°C for around 50 minutes until cooked through. Use a toothpick to check the meat doneness.
  • Serve with salad and crackers (alternatives: roasted potato, roasted vegetables)
