In a heated pan, saute garlic and onion along with Sudjuk until Sudjuk’s oil comes out; the same thing goes with Longganisa or Chorizo and as for Sausage you can add first in a heated pan 1 tsp of oil. And let it cook in medium-low heat for about 2-3 minutes or until the meat cooked through.
In the meantime, for the pasta; please follow the instructions accordingly from the packaging. If not sure, bring a large pot of water along with 1 tsp of oil and pinch to 1/2 tsp of sea salt to boil. Add pasta, stir to make sure pasta doesn’t stick together, let it boil or until pasta is al dente. Remove from the heat and drain the water. Set aside.
Back to the sauce; add the Tomato Cherry Honey or Big Tomato, stir and slowly add the puree (ketchup/tomato sauce) along with 1/2 cup of water for about 3-5 minutes or until the sauce is thickened. Add salt and pepper to taste in case you have Longganisa/Sausage.
Add the pasta to the pan and stir until the pasta is fully coated with the sauce.
Let it cool down for about 2 minutes and ready to serve!Can add chili flakes if desired to bring some spicy flavor.
