1tspturmeric powder
1/2tbspcombination of paprika and chili powder
1tspmixed herbs ( parsley, rosemary, oregano, coriander, basil, and sage) but can be any type of mixed herbs to add natural flavor

Instructions
In medium heat, add Olive oil and let it bubble until it turns hot, then lower the heat - Saute chopped garlic and onions for 2-3 minutes, frequently stir to avoid burning it.
Add the carrots and stir, add hot water and stir again until the water boils for about 2-3mins.
Now add the turmeric, paprika, chili powder, and stir thoroughly until the powder fully dissolved. And let it boil.
Add sweet potatoes and chicken stock, stir thoroughly - let it cook for about 15-20 mins. or until the vegetables are soft.
Puree it using the hand blender or in a food processor. When using the hand blender, you can do it in the same pot. But if you're using the food processor, make sure to remove from the pot and put it back once completed.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and chilli flakes if desired.
Let it cool down for 1-2 mins and ready to serve with your preferred bread.
