1/4cupMaple syrup (You can definitely adjust the portion according to your sweetness preference)
2tspVanilla extract
1/2tbspDairy free milk of choice (I always use Alpro Almond unsweetened milk)
1cupGluten-free flour (I used Bob’s Red Mill Millet Flour)
1tspto 2 tsp. Baking powder
1/2tbspshredded unsweetened coconut (Optional)
1/2tspCinnamon
1/4cupDark Chocolate Droplets (or any of your preferred chocolates)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees or 176 degrees in celcius. Set the baking 8×8 pan covered with parchment or baking paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, peanut butter, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract and milk of choice until smooth. Doesn’t have to be in chronological order, so long you mix all these together until smooth then, you’re good.
Next, add in the gluten-free flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt -mix until smooth. Add droplets of dark chocolates and shredded unsweetened coconut (optional) and mix again until smooth.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cut into 9 slices, serve it hot/warm or cold – your preference. I always prefer hot/warm 😍
