Feeling stuck or unfulfilled often comes from not aligning with our core values. To truly understand and live by these values requires a deep curiosity about who you are as a person. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in what others are doing, neglecting what truly matters to us. Taking time to reassess and let go of things that no longer serve us is crucial for personal growth and becoming the best version of ourselves as leaders.
